QSFT started at STRONG buy and SDS.. also started as STRONG BUY so what happens? Well I'm long CACI and I charted CSGS which are #1 and #2 in the sector and SDS is #3 so hopefully this strong sector (at least the top players) MIGHT have a bounce today and chain reaction into CSGS and CACI.
