Craig, what's to prevent Motorola's technology from being incorporated into compact flash? If it works with a MemoryStick and is considerably better than what exists now, why wouldn't it also improve CF? On the change in the Senate, many people in Vermont believe that Jeffords had no choice after the Administration declined to carry out its promise to provide more funding for special education. Because Vermont school districts are quite poor, federal aid for special education is high priority there. Instead of funding what it had already authorized earlier, the Administration opted for greater tax relief, which also was not in the interest of Vermonters, whose median income levels are lower than in many other states.
