Right, that's what the announcement said. Do you know how far out DELL is committed/ordering? In any case I don't believe the savings will show up on Dell's bottom line for two more quarters... Although they do have ~ 12 day inventory turnaround.

Bottom line, as I see it, is that INTC will be transferring some of their high margins into maintaining market share and improving DELL's (and other OEMs) margins.
