IDFR POSSIBLE CONTRACTS:

Having read the PR, it seems as though IDFR is in talks with the California State
government. If the State government is planning on adopting IDFR's proposal, then it
would seem logical to me that all ofthe leading power companies in California would
have to use IDFR's software. The Press Release from the Governor of California from
last night seems to confirm this theory.

I have not looked at the leading power companies in California yet, but I am sure that
they are quite large. One would have to assume that IF our plan is adopted, then the
contract sizes would be massive. Massive for an 8 cent stock, that is! Our market
capitalization is only 2.5M$ right now. The contract from this deal alone could be worth
more than the whole company!

Finally, if you look at the minutes from the last CAISO meeting, then you will see that teh
State has put a crunch time on this project . . . suggesting that if a deal is made, then it
will come within the next week or 2.

Please help me find more DD on power companies and the California State
government's agenda. Thanks.

:)
