I imagine that exercising options now at a perceived lower price would be better on an AMT gain basis. What I read about the dare and Rickey's sales were after the fact, so those reported events didn't have any effect on what I did with my shares. It is a tough balance to diversify holdings (basic financial management) and not appear as though you've lost faith in the company. You remind me of a good point TA, in that the company and the stock price are two separate issues. Do you think we are setting up for a nice base? It seems that we have been in this price range for over a month. So that equals 7+ months in the new quick economy right? :)
