Personally, I see this as very positive.. Since the lockup expired, there has been a question of whether insiders will dump and depress the price.. Selling 10% of the holding over one year period for diversification is peanuts and suggests management has enough confidence with their business to hang on to the other 90%.. Besides, selling a small amount every day will not have any affect at all. I think markets like it considering the price action today..

FWIW. I am long and own a half decent number of shares..
