I'm a small investor who will plunk money into SWRT tomorrow. I recently completed a study of Vantive, Scopus, Astea, Clarify, Remedy, Brock, Astea, Siebel Systems and Aurum and came to the conclusion that SWRT is the only one of the bunch that is currently undervalued. I wish I had come to that conclusion prior to its recent 40% run-up in price in the last month!

I wrote an extensive message in the Help Desk Software folder if you are interested in pursuing a thread there about these companies.
