I'm thinking about going to the AM. I just got my proxy stuff, and they are proposing an increase in authorized shares from 50 mill to 120 mill. Seems like a large increase to me (since they say they have no current plans to issue them and the current number outstanding is about 30 million.) Anyone else have a comment on it? They also propose to move the corp structure from FL to Delaware. Freedom
