Mary Beth and all Talked with Karen today and this is the gist of the conversation. They are still talking with two other disk drive companies other then Maxtor. Like every other DD companies AXC was taken by surprise by how fast the industry has gone to MR heads. They thought they would have a bit of a window to impliment KM with inductive heads but now all effort is being focused on KM/MR and the inductive program is all but dead due to the rapid change over. As far as PR goes she said when there is something to say they do but there is nothing to tell right now. As many people here have said before this is a very conservative company and that they could play up KM and lead people on but what good would that do. Until they have a viable product and it is accepted by the DD industry there is not anything to be said. Also if they are under nondisclosure it goes with out saying. In talking with here we discussed the overall fundementals of the company and it reminded me that's why you buy a company. They have good fundementals and a possible breakthrough product that can really move the stock but is not figured into any analysis so how can it hurt the share price which is fairly valued to the current estimates. I think alot of us have gotten to emotional with this company and it shows on this thread. If you don't like the story then sell and move on, it really is that simple. Hope this helps some Brian
