Checking Short Interst through mid April I find:

It looks as though lots of Shorts were covered by April
15th, so it will be interesting to see what May's data
shows.

I've always left my shares in "street" name so I guess
they're there to be borrowed for shorting. However, since I
sell into rises like we've had recently, the "supply" is
diminished.
