Seconds,
So much for wasting my time and effort on yesterday's filing -LOL
nasdaq.com
Looks as though Revere received 2,032,415 shares for the $2 mil already (price of 98.40509 cents a share).
Per my post yesterday :
>>If the answer is yes then:
1. 3,348,502 - 1,301,723 = 2,046,799 shares left for Revere. >>>
I guess I was off by about 14, 000 shares. Oh well, I was only doing an approximate or uneducated guess:) Besides, what is 14,000 shares when you are talking about 100 million floating around.
Tell me that these guys aint sharks getting their fill. The ones that are getting screwed are us shareholders again. Never again invest in a company that needs financing as those sharks will feast on you, the lowly retail shareholder, every time.
Just read this part:
>>At the completion of this financing, there remained 1,301,723 shares of Common Stock registered for sale by the Company under the Company's preexisting "shelf" registration statement (Registration Statement No. 333-79857).
Sometime life is grand, sometimes it stinks, and sometimes it stinks being at least partially right.
The only possible positive that I can see is that Revere is out of their way for GMGC to forge ahead in other equity financing deals or whatever they want. Clean slate so to speak.
Gotta go and take care.
Kurt
PS Look for another registration shortly IMHO.
PSS Revere, it appears, took every single last one of those ELOC shares that were registered (down to the very last share).
PSS Off to the grandiose breasts (you French speakers should know where they are:)) |
