It does look like there was a pony in that horse manure.
The court appointed experts found that the Rambus patents were valid and that Micron Sdram infringes. However, it declined to grant a preliminary injunction because...it did not want to throw 1,600 Italians out of work.

This is a direct rebuttal to Judge Payne's Markman decision.
It adds a lot of momentum to the bus' IP IMO. I think the Delaware judge will be paying close attention to the Italian court decision on infringement.
