It looks like the judge simply did not grant a preliminary injunction. The infringement case will continue with the expert testimony now on the side of Rambus.

This is close enough to a victory for Rambus and a defeat for Micron to cause some serious movement toward proper licensing of the Sdram. .75% is not that much sticker shock.
DDR is too low volume to be weigh heavily in the royalties at this time.
