Thanks for the comments guys. We have to remain optimistic. It's just a matter of time before the techs catch on and then we'll be riding this wave of incredible gains. Could anyone imagine the DJIA doing what it's been doing.

When the fire catches in the small caps and techs in general, look out it's gonna be bigger and better than any of us could imagine. Especially when earnings start beating expectations on a regular basis.

In the near term however, something has got to give in FSII. Either a breakout to the upside or a drop. The longer it hangs in there, as it has been, I say we have to take that as very positive and then look for a good move up here pretty soon. I can't imagine another week in the 14's?
