Aus, A couple on notes on the Lexar/Ritz deal. Because they make memory stick, they are better positioned for exclusive deals, they supply all products. Just my guess, but SanDisk is either unwilling to "do what it takes" to get the business (a euphemism for lower gross margins), or their sales/marketing staff doesn't get it. To close those deals you have to be very creative, and find ways to add value without adding much cost. Lexar did this by co-branding the product. John
