Having moved from Southern California, to New England, it seems to me there is a greater patriotic, nationalistic sense out here, in New England. If nothing else, there are more flags, and certainly more history.

I fly the flag everyday. And we're not alone in our neighborhood. It's unspoken, and not organized. Silent group behavior, but not from peer pressure.
