Hi folks, nice to see the discourse here revert to its appropriate level (i.e., Beneath the Planet of the Apes). I'm writing this from a hotel room in Amman, Jordan, during a lecture tour/research trip to the Middle East. A few observations:

1. Web access is life.
2. Accessing through a tv sux.
3. The Mudge thread is a great cure for homesickness.
4. You want to see some real mudges, come over here.
5. Compared to the local mudges, id and uw look like mtns_and_money.
