Actually, I thought it was. And even if it wasn't funny, it was definitely irreverent. It was a mere play on words.

I've done that in two third-world countries. I've been to a handful of areas of people living in squalor, the worst of which including the third-world countries was right here in the United States. I spent 2 1/2 years escorting the caisson to grave sites in Arlington National Cemetery and walked behind it while it carried my uncle to his. I still think Ethan's play on words is funny.

In fact, until seeing that post I didn't realize he had a recognizable sense of humor.
