An interesting twist in grilling.

First take various vegetables of your liking. Cut them into strips or fist sized pieces (depending on what kind of vegetable) they have to go on the grill to keep that in mind.
Soak the cut vegies in an italian dressing, or your favorite non creamy dressing. Soak for a few hours.

Then place on hot grill using the remaining dressing to baste. They don't take long so be careful not to burn. Meanwhile cook some penne pasta. When pasta is done toss with a few tablespoons of quality olive oil. Toss vegies in with the pasta and serve with freshly grated Parmesan.

This really comes out great. You can cut down on fat by using fat free dressing.
