Hi Dominick,

One method to do this:

1. Go into the Expert Editor..
2. Select the "Chande Momentum Oscillator"
3. Copy it ..Edit the Name to "RSI thingy"
4. Edit the "RSI thingy"
5. Select the tab called Highlight
6. Select the CMO>50
7. Edit it to relect RSI <50

8. Do the same thing with CMO<50

9. Save your expert "RSI thingy"
10. Attach to a chart..
11. Save your template.
