LOL! XFL at least was genuine competition, as opposed to those preseason NFL games, which are glorified practices. Of course, I shouldn't complain, since Falcons preseason games are cheaper than Daniel Snyder's training camp practices. -g- In truth, NFL ticket prices are very reasonable, considering that the games are so important. A single regular season NBA or MLB game is not very significant compared to an NFL game, and it can be seen in the effort expended by the players.
