WARNING: Investors contemplating acquiring shares in either of these companies should be advised ZSUN subsidiary ASFI was delisted from the OTC on May 26, 2001 for failure to comply with SEC Rule 6530. This is yet another setback that officers and directors of these companies will need to address and investors will be prudent not to simply ignore.
