Indeed, you are correct, Bob. However, the line in Lorne's URL didn't specify that it was 55c worth of gold, it could have been 55c worth of some dore' combo of all the metals mentioned in that article, including "dirt cheap" copper... gold_tutor ayup, that's smee...on SI, on eBay, on AOL, on SH, on Yahoo, and about a dozen other up close and personal websites that deal with someone's passion for the soft YELLOW metal!!!!!!
