Right.. so in a sense by committing to IA64 they are in
between a rock and a hard place. Not only does Sun get
to FUD up HP's shakey migration plan (however well that
works, that is a separate debate) but they run the very
real danger of Dell stealing the hardware end of HP/UX
sales.

After all, Intel will continue to bundle core Enterprise
stuff into IA64 (lock-step, error correction, high-end
boards/chipsets) and their much beloved Dell will benefit.
