That was a swap, Bonds for the 145 shares some time ago when the stock was in the 3 dollar range as I recall. It was a tender offer that was taken by about 50% of the bond holders and expired several months ago. At the time it made the bonds move to about 80-85. To my knowledge nothing pending on those bonds now.
