TIER technical breakout on Friday, The EPS growth rate for TIER is 21.4%, (EPS rank of 98) marketgems.com Debt is only 9% which means that TIER's equity is 10 times its debt and its a growth company with a p/e of 26.50. TIER has been in 4 week congestionafter a precipitous drop on 4/27 after actually a good earnings report. Could be the start of a trend reversal to the upside.
