As we all know, building telecom networks is an expensive undertaking and there have been plenty of casualties lately. FTHL is relatively well-funded and the recent combined efforts with Level 3 (North Asia Loop) and Tycom (Pacific) are encouraging developments. I hope Grubman is as right on FTHL as he was wrong on WCII, for all of our sakes.
