Hi CB, I know you know me better than that, and you know I know ... just a footnote for other readers who may not know as well. <<Fresh in my mind is the Taliban forcing Hindus in Afghanistan to wear symbols on their outer garments. Yellow triangles, maybe?-ng->> Truly scary. But, you know, even they may have a legitamit reason ... places where proxy wars are fought, like Cambodia and Afghanistan, tends to be over-reacting to outsiders in their midst more so than otherwise, because they themselves have been brutalized for reasons beyond their understanding, and so they ask "why?", then they say "why not?" and forget to answer the second question.
