Yes they do. it's a bit less than 145 million but that's a good round number to use. It's all relative. Nortel has over 3 billion shares o/s. The trouble with roll backs is the share price still declines after they are done. A 1 for 10 gives a $1.60 price, mind you a $2 price allows the stock to be marginable.
