"the corporate shells they used include a reverse split and other accounting magic"... FALSE, again! The company that LUMM took over via reverse merger in order to become a publicly trading company on the NASDAQ OTCBB was a company incorporated in Nevada. Sorry to expose your ignorance, Peter.
