Another item I noticed on that chart was that the Will.%R has made a number of failure swing (below 50%) before crossing the 50% line. All fairly even spaced, highs and failures.Doesn't mean it's crossing the 50% will be the cure-all, but it's something to watch for. There is a negative on the Will.%R, which is the down slope of the highs. Breaking that trend would be nice.
