I give rimm some good marks for features. Don't get me wrong, I liked the rimm product a lot when it came out. But for most of my clients, stuff like the palm phone etc. have been more cost effective solutions because they could make the neccessary adjustments in their firewalls. Encryption though is a nice feature.
