Well, my computer got hung up when I was shutting down yesterday. So, the patch didn't fix the problem. On the bright side, I haven't had any more hangups when putting the computer on suspend. I suspect it has something to do with when I exit several programs at once (e.g. Real Player, Excel, and Netscape). I'll try exiting one program at a time, and report back.
