Another OT:
Wow I'm impressed with the Fed's Tax rebate. I figure we get a 1.4 percent return sometime this summer or fall. Then today I open a letter from the County tax assessor and find my property tax for this year is increasing 25% this is the second time in 3 yrs. Last time was for 28%. There is no way in hell I would get assessed value for this house and land.

Lo and Behold the $600 bucks we get from the Fed is exactly what the county wants from my ass in Dec. FARK me running
