You get the usual overclocker's guarantee from AMD. You Overclock It, You fix it. sys.com Sysmark passes through the manufacturer's warranty on parts. And the AMD warranty is valid only if you operate within spec. So you are out of luck beginning the first time the Sys Boom Ra system is powered on.
