Jim, I wonder how one attacks a patent that has been issued in Europe? Once issued then any experts looking at the case must rule in favor of Rambus. Si i see the experts opinion as being dependant on the validity of the patent in Europe. What methods they have to examine an interference in this court is unknown. There may need to be a separate court for this aspect. Bill
