Hi Jim, WTAI a list stock candidate? Here is my view on the company.

I would think of WTAI as a long term investment but it will see some price swings with news just like any other stock. They should be having some new news coming out shortly but right now the stock looks stuck in low gear. The quarterly report looked terrible. They only listed $10K in the bank. New deals are being closed but the money has not changed hands, yet. The company is set up kind of strange though. They sell the factories to the distributors and then it is up to the distributors to sell the cars. Once the factories are sold that is the majority of the income that the company recieves. Proceeds from the car sales go directly to the factory owners. The after sales service is left up to the factory owners also. WTAI does not have any stake in any dealerships that the factory owner may establish. The only way that WTAI makes money is by selling factories. It is a strange arrangement but it is designed to help the distributors stay profitable. That is one of the reasons why the stock moves when there is news of a new factory sale closing or being planned. As of yet they do not have any steady income. Their losses can easily be overcome with some more sales but getting distributors to commit cash from the third world countries is hard to do. The price looks like it is basing around .18 but it could move lower. The next news should be about revenues that are recieved from the celebrity golf tournament to benefit factory sales in Africa. Then news should be about revenues recieved from the Chinese interests and closing of the deals in India. The factory parts were ready to be shipped when I was at Clark. They are just waiting on the funds to follow through. Political problems and communication problems have prevented the company from moving forward as quickly as they had anticipated. The company is also in the middle of working out an agreement with another car firm to import and assemble their car line along with the Worldstar at the Worldstar factories. The sales facility at Clark looks very promising and at the time I was there they had vehicles waiting and ready to be sold. It looks promising for the future as long as they can continue to overcome setbacks in their orders. Let me know if you have any questions OK?

The biggest news IMHO will be the addition of a new car line from another manufacturer. The dealership license for the Phillipine store should have been closed by now. No news release, yet. Not sure if it qualifies for a list stock but the future news releases are lining up. I am just not sure about the dates.

Just thought that you might be interested. Sincerely, bbgold :^)
