Zeev, Yes, That is another possible problem that will take more court action to sort out. In some ways first to file has advantages, esp to crooked employess who steal ideas and have friends file for them.That is why I feel the US system has some advantages, some of which are faked data, backdated workbooks and emendments that include Jedec gathered data. I tend to feel that Rambus should get the patents they are due on the muxed rambus as the record is clear on that. let them get rich on that. It also seems quite clear that DDR is not their invention at all, but an attempt at fraud. Excess greed will kill the glutton. Bill
