Where were the critics of our energy policy for the last eight years.....?????? It has to take a crisis before anything is done. It's sort of like the situation where the municipality will not put in a stop sign at your corner until someone gets killed there!..................................when gas was under a buck three years ago, no one but no one asked for a revision in our energy policy. Besides big oil doesn't drill or refine gasoline until the price goes UP!
