You are missing the point, Owl was taking that "Pure me" attitude to which I responded logically, you brought up the "clean hands" of Siemens, to which, once more I responded factually, then you come up with a complete non sequitur. No the solution if the party to use the system and fight out their differences in the courts. I doubt Infineon will pay a penny "for nothing". By the way, there nothing wrong in trying to get around Rambus patents (it is clear that Infineon has tried, and so far, succeeded in, doing), if indeed that is what the trio is doing, but there is nothing wrong in Rambus trying to prove that their IP is being trampled over either.
