I don't think it's a conspiracy per se, but it just shows to go you how smart all these advisors and analysts really are. Everyone is leaning the same way, even the COTs but the stocks say differently, IMHO. One of those TV dudes stands on a corner near my work asking people what stock they would recommend. About a year ago he stopped me and asked. I said "None". He looked incredulous. About 6 months later he asked me again, only more forcefully. He said pick one , just one. I said "ummm , Placer" . He went , "now that's different. I smiled and walked away. (turned out to be a good guess <g>) I found out later that since I'm in the Biz, I'm not allowed to say anything specific about anything.
