I would assume because it takes the FCC a little while to approve or disapprove, of this transaction.

and pending FCC approval is expected within the next few days.

That will be a start if it occurs, we should hopefully know in the morning.

Then we, again, hopefully, may be hearing more about these dealings.

The company has totally streamlined its plans to focus on this core competency which can create immediate revenue.

A little speculation on my part, but I think a strong come back will be apparent for FBNI if the FCC helps finalize the sale of the Radio Station, remember we should also hear news of this deal soon.

The company believes that this cash infusion, which along with the pending sale of "The Comedy Works" comedy club leaves the company virtually debt free
