I'm not so sold on increasing OSIP. Seems to be a long way out from the market and sitting on a pretty big market cap.

Seems to me that the model is pretty thin on the blue chip biotechs these days, and that if we believe a rally is in order that these big companies are the ones who will see the early and big moves upward. The likes of GENZ, AMGN, PDLI, etc... Companies with earnings. After the dot-bombs, even in speculative arenas, I think there is going to be a big bias for old economy style companies that have earnings, especially from institutional money that needs liquidity. These companies will also benefit from their abilities to collaborate with the non-profitable biotechs.

I almost pushed you to load up heavily on INCY when it was in the teens and regret having let it slide. It was just so obviously undervalued. Ain't hindsight 20:20!
