What you fail (or refuse) to see is that Klugman is trying to "score" a tax cut in the fraudulent manner that has been adopted by liberals because they have no argument against it. "Scoring" tax cuts AT ALL is liberal fraud. The whole idea that tax cuts cost anything has been debunked time and time again throughout history.

It is a slip by Republicans that they allowed "scoring" to be introduced to the debate at all. But, error or not, it is fraud to suggest that there is any cost to society when the public prevents further theft of their money by government. Government has no right to overcharge. They steal this money from the productive sector of society and use slimy liberal politicians to cover for them. Writing articles about "how" and "when" a tax cut is "paid for" contributes to the crime being perpetrated against the public...
