I preferred your point on the Nokia thread ten or twelve days ago, that this was a "risk chip", for which the handset manufacturers assumed the risk for a time advantage.

Are you hearing something new in this oddly written rehash from Chosun, other than that the total costs come to about $2 1/2 million (" a few billion won)?

edit: Beg pardon... risk would be on the vendor of the chip... in any event, this news was out nearly two weeks ago
