I take your point. I won't try to tie myself in knots to justify that addition. While a certain part of me "wishes" it could have been so, you are pointing out that it would have been unjustified "meddling?" But when has that stopped us when we perceive it to be in our interest(Bay of Pigs)?

OK, so we'll replace that item on the list with WACO. How's that?
