I considered it. I discount the possibility for a few reasons, and foremost among them is that non-tech wants to roll. No way tech launches into a wave 3 with non-tech going the other way. In general, the other thing that is striking is how little we have given back since running off the lows. The NASDAQ rally is the swiftest in the history of American markets -- very doubtful that it is about to enter the speediest part of the move.
