Security Biometrics, Inc. Announces the Successful Completion of 10 SB
Filing With SEC

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 29, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Mr. Wayne A.
Taylor, Chief Financial Officer of Security Biometrics Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets:
SBTI) of Vancouver BC, Canada, is pleased to announce that the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) has completed the review of the corporation's form
10-SB registration statement, as amended on May 22, 2001.

Mr. Taylor commented, "The path has been cleared for Security Biometrics to
begin the next phase of the corporation's financial development plan that will
be closely tied to the company applying for progressively more senior equity
market listings. Security Biometrics will continue to communicate to its
shareholders all material developments as its management swiftly endeavors to
execute an exciting vision for the future."

Security Biometrics, Inc. develops intellectual property strategic alliances
within the realm of biometrics and gesture recognition technology. These dynamic
biometric systems will be marketed and distributed under license, specifically
to the multi-trillion dollar banking and financial transaction markets. These
presently include dynamic Gesture Recognition Technology (GRT), dynamic
signature verification (DSV) and voice recognition systems. GRT is a dynamic
system that interprets hand gestures using sophisticated software algorithms and
is performed on proprietary touch pads. GRT is deemed to be superior to existing
pen input technologies.

Biometrics enabled gesture recognition systems hold out a significant promise to
emerge as the disruptive technology that will close the interface gap that now
exists between humans and technology.
