Bought 1200 LU at 8.80 as a bet this deal will either be sweetened, attract other bidders or fall apart and not include Bell Labs. I have just never seen a deal where the company leaks terms to the WSJ during negotiations and that there is a negative premium to the deal. We'll see what happens. Oil stocks should pop again. The sell-off on the Jeffords news was irrational unless you believe the GOP stands for higher oil prices (hmm, that's a thought, some energy policy)
