Will summer rally be here starting June 1?

Money continue to pour into Wall street. 6 month projection of technology stock is going through testy arguments. All the economical stimulants are in place. But new products by planned obsolescence and replacement is no where in sight.

Why not, you might ask? It is hidden in the inventory depletion process. Prices of old products deteriorate so fast, that makes your head swim. Intel has revealed their high end product(Itanium) and the accelerated declining pricing of the lagging Pentium 4 to move new designs. So the planning is here. The argument is whether they will be successful? Will the astute consumers buy into the planned replacement? Cost of speed and power will move the new products for even more productivity is the answer.

Congress tries to give away their store; thinking $300 for tax payers will move the economy. How ignorant they can be. 35 million social security recipients never pay taxes. Wall street investors are all losing money. Only the laborers($8.5/hour wages now) will get the $300 and spend on their weekend beer allocations. Are we in beer economy now? Beer power to rebuild our economy is not going to be too fast.

The conclusion is wealth building will continue but only on Wall street rally based on the money coming into Wall street. Don't deliberately keep cash on the side lines, not much wealth building there.
